For international commerce. Great Ted Talk (in English) about getting your ideas to spread internationally. Because, as I am sure you know, commerce isn't only about selling physical products. It's also about selling ideas.
FYI: When you are watching a video in English, it is a good idea to watch it twice (if you can). Watch it once, take notes, write down what you don't understand, stop the video and go back if you need to, look up definitions and then, once you have done that, watch the whole video through, without stoping.
It's okay if you don't understand every word, what's important is that you understand the concepts.
